Get Started

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A trauma-specific therapy that helps process and reduce symptoms from traumatic events. Some studies showed 84-90% of single event trauma victims no longer had PTSD symptoms after three ninety minute EMDR sessions. Another study showed 100% success rate for single event trauma victims. Another study showed success with 77% of multiple trauma victims after six fifty minute sessions.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

A structured approach that helps change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
